By accessing or using Nandomo Flashcard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and anyone who accesses Nandomo Flashcard.

Nandomo Flashcard provides tools for creating study decks, practicing vocabulary, and tracking quiz activity. You may use the service only for lawful, personal, educational, or other permitted purposes.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of the email address associated with your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, or are used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

You remain responsible for decks, text, and other content you add to Nandomo Flashcard. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

You grant Nandomo Flashcard the limited right to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, bypass security controls, introduce malware, or use Nandomo Flashcard to violate laws or third-party rights.

You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service unless we have given written permission.

Nandomo Flashcard may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any feature.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Nandomo Flashcard is an educational tool. It does not guarantee language proficiency, exam results, translations, or learning outcomes.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nandomo Flashcard and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to use Nandomo Flashcard in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using Nandomo Flashcard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including limitations of liability and user content responsibilities, will continue to apply.
